Agree on the format
Count the friends who can come, then choose a suitable format: five, six or seven players per side, for example. Agree on a time and duration before looking for additional participants.
Book directly with the pitch operator
Contact the pitch to confirm availability, price and booking terms. The organiser is responsible for booking the pitch: creating a match on Partido does not reserve it. Ask the operator about cancellation conditions too.
Make the costs clear
State the price per person before players join and explain how payment will work. Partido is free; match fees are paid outside the app. If participant numbers change, check with the group whether each person’s contribution will change.
Create the match and open the remaining spots
Enter the details in Partido, add your friends and state how many more players you need. Then share the match. You can recruit participants for the whole game and divide into teams at the pitch.
Make meeting up easy
Use the chat to confirm the meeting point and who will bring the ball or bibs. Allow a few minutes to welcome new players, form balanced teams and warm up. Good preparation lets everyone focus on playing.
